HAI provides the data free of charge under the CC BY 4.0 International license.

The goal is to enable highly automated product-to-category assignment across sales channels.

Clear license, clear attribution, clear structure — optimized for humans and AI agents.
Transparency
HAI also uses the HAIPC database to build its own services on top of the data. Starting in 2026, third‑party contributions can be added — under the same open rules.
API (Beta)
Access HAIPC via a versioned API for automation and mapping. Free test usage after registration. Productive usage is currently available on request. We welcome feedback from the community.
