Includes any products that can be described/observed as an egg based product, not ready to eat, which has been prepared to a specific recipe where eggs are the main ingredient with other ingredients such as protein, vegetables or sauce. These ingredients form a valuable part of the product. Omelettes and souffles would be examples of prepared egg based products. These products may have a main component which is considered a meal without any additional components. These products require cooking prior to consumption. These products have been treated or packaged in such a way as to extend their consumable life. Includes not ready to eat shelf stable Ready-Made Meals where an Egg Based Product is the primary ingredient.
