Includes any products that can be described/observed as a device intended to be secured and fixed around the baby either to prevent the baby from climbing/falling out the highchair/pram or the strap can be fixed around the babies and carer's wrist to stop the baby from running away. Includes products such as wrist loop reins, waist straps and shoulder straps.
Excludes: Excludes products such as Prams/Pushchairs that are used for transporting the baby and Highchairs that are used for feeding the babies. Specifically exclude products such as baby carriers, where the baby is transported by being strapped onto the front or the back of the carer.
