Includes any products that can be described/observed as a device that incorporates a seat attached to a frame structure by separate pieces of material such as rope, and are designed to allow the baby to move back and forth in a swinging motion.
Excludes: Specifically excludes swings that are intended to be used by older children and adults. Also excludes seats attached to a length of elastic and intended for bouncing rather than swinging, such as Baby Door Bouncers. Excludes products such as other types of exercisers that are specifically used for babies such as Door Bouncers/Walkers and products that are used to transport the baby such as Prams and Baby Carriers.
