WEISSWURST
Weisswurst is a traditional Bavarian sausage made from very finely minced meat and fresh bacon. It is an unsmoked sausage usually flavoured with parsley, lemon, mace, onions, ginger and cardamom. For consumption, the sausages are quickly boiled in water, resulting in a greyish-white colour when served.
