AMARANTH OIL
This term is used to describe those oil products that are made from Amaranth oil which is extracted from the seeds of two species of the genus Amaranthus , that are called, collectively, grain amaranth. Amaranth oil is a light to medium colored, is pourable at low temperatures, and is highly unsaturated.
