PASTRY RING
This term is used to describe a tool used to shape food such as rice, mashed potato and vegetables for impeccable presentation. The food is placed inside the ring and compressed with a pusher. When the ring is lifted, the food keep its shape. Also used to create elegantly presented desserts such as mousses, cheesecakes and tiramisu.
